12:15 pm - 1:30 pm Somatic Movement + Yoga Practice —A guided experience of slow somatic movement and yoga designed to soften protective patters and open pathways of connection. This practice will include gentle curious grounded movement, partner-based supportive yoga poses, safe consent based hands on adjustments, pranayama for heart coherence and nervous system regulation and a guided meditation.

Through shared ritual, quiet journaling, intentional partner and small group connection, and simple relational practices like eye contact, spoken intention, or soft, consensual touch, we’ll explore what it means to truly be with one another without performing or fixing.
3:30 pm - 4 pm Integration + Closing Circle — A final group circle to share reflections, intentions, and gratitude.
Message from Aubrey & Art
From the beginning, we’ve always believed that yoga is just the doorway — it’s what happens between people that really changes things. Events like Move Closer are rooted in everything we care about: connection, mental health, accessibility, and creating spaces where people can feel seen without having to perform or be anything other than they are.
We love hosting these gatherings because they remind us that community isn’t built from perfection, but from presence. From shared breath, awkward laughter, honest moments, and the courage to sit with one another in real time. Our hope is that this day offers more than movement or meditation — that it becomes a small sanctuary where relationships deepen, walls soften, and people leave feeling a little more connected to themselves and the ones around them.
Thank you for trusting us, showing up, and helping shape this space with your energy. We are endlessly grateful to be part of a community that believes in slowing down, moving closer, and growing together.
With unconditional love,
A+A
