Frequently Asked Questions

  • Zion Adventures do not include airfare. We will support by sending ideal flight times. We do our best to accommodate ground transportation from the airport to destination. Every trip is subject to modifications. Please reach out to info@zionwell.com with any questions.

  • No! About 60% of our retreat guests choose to come solo. Think of us as match makers. Traveling with a friend can be nice but you will be so surprised at how quickly you make strong connections on retreat. We plan our events strategically so that you will meet new people and become a part of our larger community.

  • Plant-based eating is part of our mission to do no harm. We prioritize nutrition when choosing our retreat menus. With plant based options we are able to more easily cater to dietary restrictions and sensitivities. Do not worry, you will not be hungry!

  • Every retreat will include a detailed itinerary and welcome package. You’ll receive this 2-3 weeks prior to the adventure date. Please be sure to plan ahead for the typical weather in whatever location you are traveling to.

  • Retreat spots are non refundable but may be transferable. We will do our best to fill your spot if you are unable to attend. If we do get your spot filled we may be able to refund a portion of the retreat payments you have made. You are required to continue to pay your retreat balance if one is owed. Book with confidence. Travel insurance is highly recommended!

  • We offer flexible 0% interest payment plans. All payment plans are structured in a way that ensures the retreat is paid off before the date of the trip. Payments vary by months and price. If paid with a credit card a 3% fee will be added.

    Example:

Retreat cost financed $1950, 4 month payment plan:

$502 per month (includes 3% fee)

  • While we do not require trip insurance we do highly recommend it. Below is a great option that helps to cover the cost of retreat if you were to need to cancel, it also helps cover medical expenses while away including out of country.

  • We follow CDC guidelines and ensure every place we go and stay is also in alignment with CDC. Masks are optional throughout the journey. We spend a lot of time outdoors! Most adventures entail shared rooms. You can come with someone you know or get paired up with an awesome human. Joining a retreat is at your discretion.

  • We welcome beginner yogis but do suggest you have come to at least a few classes with us before you attend the retreat. This helps you get used to our teaching style, voices and prepare for yoga every day on retreat!

  • Our adventures vary for each retreat. For some of our national park adventures some level of hiking experience is recommended. Because we have a wide range of experience levels we keep our hikes all levels and may offer a few options for shorter vs longer more advanced options.
