Spa Retreat to Finland
Join us for our first-ever wellness journey to Finland, where we’ll explore the country’s deep-rooted sauna and bathing culture, visit beautiful hot spring spas, and experience the restorative rhythm of heat, cold, nature, and rest. Along the way, we’ll hike, explore, eat well, and adventure through some of Finland’s most beautiful landscapes. It’s an invitation to slow down, reconnect, and experience wellness in a place where it’s woven into everyday life.
Escape to Finland for a soul-nourishing journey into the country’s deeply rooted wellness culture, where sauna, nature, movement, and rest are woven into everyday life. This retreat is an invitation to slow down, step away from the pace of everyday life, and rediscover what it feels like to truly nourish yourself.
Our beautiful retreat home will be our place to rest and reconnect, with a dedicated yoga space, sauna, and hot tub. Aubrey and Art will co-lead morning movement practices, as well as restorative yoga, meditation, and opportunities to simply be. We’ll explore Finland’s unique sauna and bathing traditions, visit beautiful spas and hot springs, and experience the rituals of heat, cold, rest, and renewal that are such an important part of Finnish wellness culture.
Beyond the retreat home, we’ll spend time immersed in the Finnish landscape—hiking through forests, exploring trails, breathing fresh air, and making space for the quiet that nature offers. There will be adventure, but there will also be plenty of room to linger, soak, rest, and let the days unfold without rushing.
This trip is about remembering that wellness shouldn’t always mean doing more. Sometimes it means slowing down enough to notice what you need. To warm yourself in a sauna, walk quietly through the woods, share a meal, laugh with new friends, and give your body and mind permission to rest.
Join us in Finland for a journey of movement, nature, connection, and deep restoration—and an invitation to slow down and nourish your soul.
